Academic Shoot

Simplicity
1. For this rule I used simplicity. I followed this rule because my subject is clear.
2. My subject is the guy and his computer in the black DAWGS jacket.
3. I think it might be a little confusing with the background but besides that I think it is clear.
4. I could have made the background less busy.

Balance
1. For this rule I used balance. I followed this rule because the four students are balanced.
2. I have four subjects, which are the four students.
3. I think it was clear what I was using because all of the students balance each other out.
4. I think this turned out well.

Avoiding Mergers
1. For this rule I used avoiding mergers. I followed this rule because nothing is merging.
2. I have one subject, which is the book.
3. It might be a little unclear because of all of the other subjects but it still avoids mergers.
4. I think this turned out well.

Rule of Thirds
1. For this rule I used rule of thirds. I followed this rule because my subject is in the left top corner.
2. My subject is the student with black hair on his laptop.
3. I think it was very clear that I was using rule of thirds.
4. This turned out well.

Lines
1. For this picture I used Lines. I followed this rule because the lines in the back contrast with the lines in his shirt.
2. My subject is Mr. Pierce's shirt.
3. I think with the contrast in the shirt and the background it is clear what I used.
4. This turned out well.

Framing
1. For this picture I used framing. I followed this rule because the closer students are framing the students in the back.
2. My subjects were all of the students.
3. I think this turned out well because it is clear that the students are framing each other.
4. This turned out well.
